Can anyone help me how to book a refund from a Paypal? I watched a video on youtube but my lexware is not exactly the same so I can’t follow those steps. Any help?

I’m using „lexoffice: Buchhaltung & Berichte“ online software. I have imported all transaction from Paypal. And some of those transaction are a refund to a customer. How do I book them? Under what category?

Sorry for the late answer.
It depends on the reason for the refund. For example:
If it is a refund because the customers sent the products back to, you use the same category as you took for the selling just in the opposite way. Or better: you use the same category but not as a revenue but as costs.
